iTravel24 exists to take the travel component of difficult cases off the desk of the people managing them. We combine airline and assistance operational knowledge with the discipline of a case-management function.
What we do
Repatriation and complex travel, end to end.
We coordinate commercial flight repatriations, medical escort travel, stretcher arrangements, mobility assistance, ground transport, companion travel, accommodation and multi-sector journeys — supporting assistance companies, insurers, medical assistance providers, healthcare organisations, corporate duty-of-care teams and NGOs.
How we operate
Cases are logged, reviewed and owned by a named handler. Options are checked with suppliers rather than assumed, proposals state their assumptions, and every change is communicated proactively. Operational cover is maintained around the clock.
